Each product created by Aloha to Zen is made by hand and as such may vary slightly from the image shown on our website.
If you would like to return your product to us please follow these steps:
- Please call or write to inform us of your problem, include pictures of the defect or fault to speed up the process.
- Return within 7 days of delivery.
- Pack all items with your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging.

- Post the items to us, at your cost (we will refund you)
- Once received, we will inspect and replace the goods within 72 hours.
- Aloha to Zen will then cover the cost of shipping your new product.
