Aloha to Zen accepts PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover in the check out of the online shop.
We can also accept payment by direct deposit, cheque and money order by arrangement.

Aloha to Zen will endeavour to process your order within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. You will be notified of the status of your order as soon as the payment has been received and also when the goods are dispatched.
Shipping and delivery times vary depending on DHL. Aloha to Zen does not guarantee any delivery times, however, can provide the following estimates, to be considered as a guideline:
Australian Deliveries (DHL express)
Approximately 2-4 business days delivery time. Remote locations may take up to 5 days to deliver
International Deliveries (DHL Worldwide Express)
Approximately 2-4 business days delivery time.
In the unlikely event your package does not arrive after 10 business days, we will take action to trace the delivery, and if deemed lost, Aloha to Zen will gladly arrange for replacement of the good(s) with another comparable product(s).

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and for purchases made in Australia will attract Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Shipping charges are not included in the price. The shipping and delivery charge are displayed on the checkout page.
Import/export Information
When ordering goods from Aloha to Zen for overseas deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and Aloha to Zen cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office. When ordering from Aloha to Zen you are considered the importer and are therefore responsible to comply with all laws and regulations of the country into which you are receiving the goods.
