Aloha to Zen accepts PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover in the check out of the online shop.

We can also accept payment by direct deposit, cheque and money order by arrangement.

The buyer is solely reliable for the accurateness of the data provided to Aloha Zen.

Aloha Zen will endeavour to process your order within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. You will be notified of the status of your order as soon as the payment has been received and also when the goods are dispatched.

Shipping and delivery times vary depending on DHL. Aloha Zen does not guarantee any delivery times, however, can provide the following estimates, to be considered as a guideline:

Australian Deliveries (Australia Post)

Approximately 2-7 business days delivery time. 

International Deliveries (DHL Express, USPS, Aust Post)

If your country is not listed in the shipping options, let us know and we will add it.

Approximately 4-12 business days delivery time.

In the unlikely event your package does not arrive after 14 business days, we will take action to trace the delivery, and if deemed lost, Aloha Zen will gladly arrange for replacement of the good(s) with another comparable product(s).

All prices are shown in USD, you can also choose to view prices in EUROS or AUD and for purchases made in Australia will attract Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Shipping charges are not included in the price. The shipping and delivery charge are displayed  on the checkout page.

Import/export Information

When ordering goods from Aloha Zen for overseas deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and Aloha to Zen cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office. When ordering from Aloha to Zen you are considered the importer and are therefore responsible to comply with all laws and regulations of the country into which you are receiving the goods.

Each product created by Aloha to Zen is made by hand and as such may vary slightly from the image shown on our website.

Returns Process

If you would like to return your product to us please follow these steps:

    1. Please call or write to inform us of your problem, include pictures of the defect or fault to speed up the process.
    2. Return within 7 days of delivery.
    3. Pack all items with your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging. 
    4. Our address is: Aloha Zen, PO Box 34, Bowraville, NSW, 2447,  Australia
    5. Post the items to us, at your cost (we will refund you)
    6. Once received, we will inspect and replace the goods within 72 hours.
    7. Aloha to Zen will then cover the cost of shipping your new product.
